Eligibility and Requirements

To participate in the Erasmus+ Programme at Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran" (RO CONSTAN01) your home university must nominate you by sending an email to erasmusanmb.ro.

• First Semester (Autumn Term): June 15^th
• Second Semester (Spring Term): November 15^th

• One photo (45mm high by 35mm wide) to be used for the student ID
• European Health Insurance Card (for EU students) or proof of valid health insurance for the Schengen area (for non-EU students).
• Flight tickets/ boarding pass for the temporary relocation trip to Romania;

• Bank account information opened in Euro on students’ name (IBAN, Bank details, will be communicated on the date of application
• Transcript of records issued by their home institution
• Medical certificate (The medical certificate can be issued by any public or private sanitary institution. It must certify that you do not suffer from diseases that may pose a threat to the public health).
• Participant report - student mobility for studies (.docx)
• Own Statement (.docx)
• PowerPoint presentation (describing your mobility at the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran")
• 10 photos from your mobility
• Survey received on your email (Erasmus+ participant report) - automatically issued (ATTENTION - this email may be received in the Spam / Junk / Bulk folder)

Eligibility and Requirements:

• Students who have completed at least one year of their studies may be considered for acceptance;
• A minimum B1 level of proficiency in English is required;
• No financial support is provided; students should obtain the Erasmus+ grant from their home university;
• The mobility consists of a two-month program, which includes 160 hours of activity, resulting in the award of 2 ECTS.

TRANSPORTATION & TRANSFER AIRPORT-CONSTANTA

1. If you choose the bus you can check timetables, make reservation and buy online tickets from the websites:

   The bus will take you from the airport (arrival terminal) and leave you wherever you want in Constanta. The transfer Bucharest to Constanta usually takes 3 hrs.
2. If you want to travel by train you can follow the steps:
   1. From Otopeni Airport to Bucuresti Nord (Gara de Nord)
      • Airpot Rail Link: There’s a direct train from the airport rail station (near the arrivals parking area) to Gara de Nord. Trains depart approximately every 40 minutes and take around 15-20 minutes to reach the city center station.
      • Alternative: Uber, Bolt, or taxi are also available, but the train is usually faster and more cost-efficient-especially during busy traffic times.
   2. Train from Gara de Nord to Constanta
      • Types of Train Available: InterRegio (IR), InterCity (Ic), Regio (R)
      • Travel Time: Expect a journey between 2h 10 min and 3 h
      • First and Last trains - Earliest departure: around 06:00
