Through the Erasmus+ Programme, you have the opportunity to participate in a teaching mobility (STA) or a training mobility (STT) at Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Bătrân" under an established inter-institutional agreement between RNA and your home university. Please check with your university’s International Office to confirm the availability of such an agreement.

Eligibility and Requirements

To participate in a teaching or training mobility at Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran" through the Erasmus+ Programme, you must send an email to erasmusanmb.ro, submitting the following documents and information:

• An updated CV in English
• A draft of the Mobility Agreement (if available); otherwise, please specify the mobility period and the topic of the mobility in the e-mail.

How to Apply

Once your mobility is approved by the Erasmus+ coordinator, you will be required to submit the following application documents by email:

1. Application Form
2. Copy of ID (for EU citizens) or passport (mandatory for non-EU citizens);
3. Mobility Agreement - Teaching / Mobility Agreement - Training;
4. Flight tickets/ boarding pass for the temporary relocation trip to Romania;
5. Proof of valid Health Insurance (only for KA 171 project);
6. Bank account information opened in Euro on students’ name (IBAN, Bank details, will be communicated on the date of application (only for KA 171 project);
7. Own Statement (only for KA 171 project);
8. Survey received on your email (Erasmus + participant report) - automatically issued (ATTENTION - this email may be received in the Spam / Junk / Bulk folder) (only for KA 171 project)

TRANSPORTATION & TRANSFER AIRPORT-CONSTANTA

Constanta is the main urban settlement of the Dobrogea area, a seaport to the Black Sea and the second largest city of Romania, situated in the Southeast of the country.
It is our pleasure to meet you when you first arrive in Constanta. In case you want to travel by yourself, here are some tips about transportation in Constanta.
From Bucharest Otopeni Airport to Constanta, you can either use the bus or train for transportation:

1. If you choose the bus you can check timetables, make reservation and buy online tickets from the websites:

   https://alt-transportpersoane.ro/en/
   The bus will take you from the airport (arrival terminal) and leave you wherever you want in Constanta. The transfer Bucharest to Constanta usually takes 3 hrs.
2. If you want to travel by train you can follow the steps:
   
   1. From Otopeni Airport to Bucuresti Nord (Gara de Nord)
      
      • Airpot Rail Link: There’s a direct train from the airport rail station ( near the arrivals parking area) to Gara de Nord. Trains depart approximately every 40 minutes and take around 15-20 minutes to reach the city center station.
      • Alternative: Uber, Bolt, or taxi are also available, but the train is usually faster and more cost-efficient-especially during busy traffic times.
   2. Train from Gara de Nord to Constanta
      • Types of Train Available: InterRegio (IR), InterCity (Ic), Regio (R)
      • Travel Time: Expect a journey between 2h 10 min and 3 h
      • First and Last trains - Earliest departure: around 06:00
