Between 16.12 to 17.12.2021, at the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran" was held the seminar organized by the National Agency for Community Programs in Vocational Education and Training (ANPCDEFP), with the main aim of accessing community projects and programs in the field of strategic partnerships. At this event participated teachers and administrative staff from pre-university education and training institutions from Constanta. It were disseminated information of formation, implementation and development of strategic partnerships in the field of vocational education and training programs. On this occasion, the contracting meeting of two new international projects took place, won by RNA as coordinator, namely: MARS-NET "Maritime Simulators and Training Facilities Network for Enhancing the Exchange of Good Practices and Digital Learning", and SeaMENTORS "Seafarers Experiential Knowledge Based Mentors". The projects will start on February 1, 2022, for 24 months and will be implemented in partnership with universities and training institutions from Bulgaria, Poland, Latvia, Slovenia and Turkey.
