Between 27.10 - 28.10.2021 at the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran" took place the second transnational meeting within the project "SeaSAFER - Simulation of Sea Accidents For Effective Responses". The project is implemented by the Naval Academy within the Erasmus+ program, strategic partnerships, with the following partners: Lithuanian Maritime Academy (LAJM - project leader), Maritime Innovators from Turkey, IDEC from Greece, Escola Superior Naitica Infante D.Henrique from Portugal and Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy of Bulgaria.

The main objective of the project is to develop a database on naval accidents / incidents, on which partners will develop innovative scenarios and specific training programs to create a safety culture for seafarers.
