During 04.10 - 08.10.2021, Cpt.Cdor. Alexandru COTORCEA and Lt. Andrei POCORA participated in the specialization course "Train the teachers on VTS system simulator - exchange of good practices" organized by the French Naval Academy, in Marseille (France).

Between 11.10 and 15.10.2021, two students of the Romanian Naval Academy participated in the specialization course "Engineering software in scientific research - use of the VMA System" organized by the French Naval Academy, within the project "Strategic partnership for supporting Blue Growth by enhancing Maritime Higher Education maritime cooperation framework on marine pollution and environment protection field (Blue4Seas) ".

The project is funded by the Erasmus + program, strategic partnerships KA203 and is coordinated by the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran", being implemented between September 2020 - August 2022, in partnership with French Maritime Academy, University of Ljiublijana, PiriReis University and Lithuanian Maritime Academy. The project will continue in the next period with the organization by PiriReis University, in November, of specialization modules for teachers and students, on the use of GNOME / ADIOS software in environmental incident management.
