Between 20.09-22.09.2021, a delegation of the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran", consisting of Lt.Cdor. Marian RISTEA, vice dean for education and quality assurance and Sd.plt.adj. Ana-Cristina GEICA, participated to the International Military Academic Forum (iMAF), organized by the Military Academy of Portugal.

The main objective of the annual conference was to strengthen and develop cooperation between partner military academies, in fields of education, scientific research, development and innovation. This forum has started in 2014 and aims to consolidate and cohesive military higher education for the good training of young officers in the Armed Forces, the Naval Academy becoming a member of this consortium in 2020.

The event also brought together students who participated in Erasmus + mobilities at partner academies, in order to promote the exchange of experience and good practices. From the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran" participated Sd.plt.adj. Ana-Cristina GEICA, beneficiary of a mobility in the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021 at the Polish Naval Academy.
