During 07.09 - 09.09.2021 the Rector (Commandant) of the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran", Cdor.Conf.univ.dr. Alecu TOMA, participated to the ceremonial, festive and cultural events organized by "Nikola Vaptsarov" Naval Academy in Varna, on the occasion of the 140th anniversary from its establishment. The participation of the RNA delegation in these events reconfirmed the close ties strengthened at the institutional level in the last decades of cooperation in the field of education, training and scientific research. Currently, the Naval Academy implements together with the Bulgarian partners 2 development projects within the Erasmus + program (strategic partnerships) and carries out regular exchanges of military and civilian students, respectively of teachers within the Erasmus + and EMYLIO program.
