Between July 12 and 16, a delegation led by the Rector of the University of Ruse, Prof. Hristo Beloev together with the Vice-Rector for Internationalization, Prof. Desislava Atanasova had a visit to the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran" in order to develop international cooperation between the 2 universities. The delegation was received by the Commander (Rector) of the Naval Academy, Cdor.Conf.dr.ing Alecu TOMA, together with the Deputy (Vice-Rector) for Programs and International Relations, Col. Catalin POPA. During the meeting it was discussed issues like expanding institutional collaboration in areas such as education, research and innovation.
