The Commander of the Romanian Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran", Conf. Univ. Dr. Alecu Toma, received on Thursday, 5th November, the visit of the new defense attache from the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Bucharest, Commander Alper Dilsiz. The Turkish official, who recently arrived in Romania, was on a reconnaissance, documentary and information visit referring to the missions of the Romanian Naval Forces, showing interest in future collaboration opportunities in the field of naval military education. In addition to official discussions during which the parties' commitment to continue the dialogue in the development of joint activities in military education and training was reiterated, the Turkish official visited the Naval Academy's training and education modern base.
