The commander of the "Mircea cel Batran" Naval Academy, Commander Octavian TARABUTA, received on October 9th, a delegation of the Ukrainian Naval Forces, led by the deputy for instruction of the commander of the Ukrainian Naval Forces, Rear Admiral of the flotilla Oleksii NEIZHPAPA. During the visit, the education and research infrastructure of the Naval Academy was presented, as well as the "Mircea" Training Ship, on which occasion aspects regarding the cooperation in the field of military education and common training modalities between the two neighboring states were addressed.
