Between July 1 and 5 a delegation of the "Mircea cel Batran" Naval Academy led by Commander Dr. Octavian TARABUTA, Rector of the Naval Academy, had a working and information visit to the Naval University of Engineering (NUE-PLA), Wuhan of China, at the invitation of the Chinese partners. The working visit is the result of five years of inter-institutional collaboration focused on internships aboard the Training Ship "Mircea", the parties being interested in the exchange of good educational practices and the development of academic cooperation program based on joint projects and programs. During the planned activities, the Romanian delegation had the opportunity to visit the education, training and research infrastructure of Chinese partners, good practices in university management being disseminated later in the joint seminar "Partnership in the development of techniques and training of military cadets". On the last day of the visit, the Romanian delegation was invited to participate in the festivity dedicated to NUE graduates, the hosts thus marking a premiere in terms of international presence in such activities and reconfirming the special interest shown in developing future cooperation relations. The main result of the visit was the identification of common interest points of broadening the spectrum of interinstitutional cooperation activities, including the Erasmus + program, KA107.
