Between April 8 and 14, the military student Radu POPESCU from the Faculty of Marine Engineering participated at the Conference on International Issues NAFAC 2019 (Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Conference), organized by the Naval Academy of the United States of America. The conference brought together 150 military and civilian students from over 40 nations. The theme of this year's Conference was "The Fate of the Rules-Based Order".
