"Mircea" Training Ship had carried out the International Marine Training Course in the Mediterranean Sea and Adriatic Sea during June and September, in partnership with the German Naval Academy. Beside the crew member, “Mircea” TS has hosted onboard alongside the practice at sea, 40 cadets for the Naval Aacademy, 48 cadets from the “Amiral Ion Murgescu” Navy Petty Officer School, 12 international students (China, Ukraine, Bulgaria, UK, Poland, Greece) and 51 cadets and 14 German instructors from German Naval Academy. The training voyage, comprising more than 4000 nautical miles, alongside 68-days, was a great opportunity for a joint harmonized training among the international students, as a perfect occasion for practicing the seamanship, navigation and leadership skills, thus promoting the training knowledge transfer and the exchange of good practices.
