During April 19th to 23rd, a delegation of the Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran", led by Captain (R) Virgil Ene Voiculescu, participated in the SNIPE Regatta International Nautical Competition organized by the Naval Academy of Spain. Military students competed with 45 military and civilian crews across Europe with notable performances. Participating students had the opportunity to develop skills and maneuvering and sailing skills, valorizing their individual and team skills in marine training in the international environment, helping to align NAMB training standards with NATO requirements.
