During January 17 to 20, a delegation of the Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran", led by Captain Alecu TOMA, Associate Professor, Ph.D., the MBNA Vice-rector for Education, had conducted a training mobility at "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse, Bulgaria, within the Erasmus + program. During the visit, besides didactic teaching activities, the Naval Academy delegation had the opportunity to meet the academic management approaching future collaborative projects in the field of education and scientific research. Also, the students’ exchange between the two educational institutions has been onset for the second semester.
