The medical workshop "First Aid procedures" took place during 13-14 of March 2017, in "Mircea cel Batran" Naval Academy.
          On Romanian-American partnership basis, a United States military delegation, part of Black Sea Rotational Force stationed in the Mihail Kogalniceanu military base undertook exhibitions and presentations of first aid procedures and techniques, frequently needed in military operations and casualty situations.
          The activity showed to the Romanian cadets best approach methods and the first steps in "first aid" regarding individual safety, preservation of those injured and ways-of-acting in dealing with casualties during military activities.
