On 9^th of January, "Mircea cel Batran" Naval Academy 's Superintendent, rear-admiral Vergil Chitac was awarded with the Honorary Professor title by the superintendent of "Nikola Vaptsarov" Naval Academy of Varna, Bulgaria. Receiving the title is the recognition of his scientific career and his special involvement regarding international cooperation in the field of teaching and training of naval and merchant marine officers.
