               The articles published in "Mircea cel Batran"Naval Academy Scientific Bulletin should be sent to the e-mail address virgil.eneanmb.ro.

        The first stage analyzes the means to have the techno-editing requirements for the authors obeyed. Otherwise, the article is returned to the author, in order to be reviewed.

        The second stage, represents the confirmation one, where the Chairman distributes the papers to the scientific advisors, one from the Institution and the other from another one. There are cases when a third opinion is required. The authors' identity is secret to the assessing advisors.

        The scientific advisors/ specialists analyze the articles according to the chart issued by the Academic Scientific Committee, according to the following model: Assessing Chart (pdf) The results of the evaluations are forwarded to the advisor in charge of each issue, assigned by the Advisory Panel Chairman.

        The articles endorsed by the scientific advisors/specialists are forwarded to the advisor in charge and included in the preliminary table of contents of the issue referred to.

        The suggestions of the scientific advisers/specialists with respect to the articles that do not meet the scientific requirements are sent back to the authors for remedy. If the authors referred to appropriately revise their articles, they will be reintroduced into the reviewing process previously described.

        The Advisory Panel will subsequently analyze the articles and, based on the advisor's proposals, will decide on the ones suitable to be published in the issue of the Scientific Bulletin. The Chairman of the Editorial Panel submits the proposed articles to the Scientific Panel for approval. The Scientific Panel will then make the final decision with respect to the form and contents of the Scientific Bulletin and will set the articles in a decreasing order according to the scores established by the evaluators.

        Based on this decision, the Advisory in charge together with the editor-in-chief will coordinate the publication and distribution of the Land Forces Academy's Scientific Bulletin.
